PB 0110 x RÄTHEL & WOLF
We are happy to launch the new collaboration with designers Sari Räthel and Ricarda Wolf from Berlin. The two met in London, became good friends and founded their label RÄTHEL & WOLF in 2017. They create luxurious jewellery and objects inspired by the body. The designs are non-invasive and celebrate the human form, no piercings are required. Designing and manufacturing in Germany, RÄTHEL & WOLF's core values focus on the environment and social responsibility. The silver is recycled and the gemstones are high-quality industrial off-cuts.
In our first face-to-face meetings we found so many similarities that we decided to create something together.
The new clutch combines the worlds of leather goods and jewellery. The smooth, polished metal handle becomes a bracelet, while the curved shape of the leather lets the hand rest in negative space or hugs the body as a cross-body bag.We have used a cow leather from a German tannery that is produced in a CO 2 neutral way and has been awarded the Gold Standard by the Leather Working Group. The metal elements are made of pure brass and coated with palladium and are manufactured in Italy in a family-run factory in Tuscany. The bag is manufactured in Germany.
