I really enjoy it when I have the opportunity to work personally in one of our partners' shops, e.g. Manufactum in Hanover, Isetan in Tokyo or the Alsterhaus in Hamburg. I especially love to sell small accessories. Should it be small, big, have many compartments or few, is it for yourself or a gift? In the conversation a very personal moment immediately arises, I always have the feeling that I am allowed to get an insight into the character of my counterpart.
